There are three ways to enter the Singha Corporate Challenge at Muang Kaew:

1. Complete and send the online entry form
2. Download, print out and complete the application form and fax to Muang Kaew at 02 316 6749.
3. In person at the Muang Kaew’s Pro shop.

• Please note your team will not be entered in to the draw until payment of 1,998 baht has been received.

Payment of the 1,998 Baht can be paid in cash or credit card at the Pro Shop at Muang Kaew Golf Course, by company cheque (cheque made out to Muang Kaew Golf Course Co.,Ltd.) or by Bank Transfer to this account
