The best conditioned golf course in the North. It features a few interesting holes. Wide fairways help high-handicapped golfers to enjoy their golf games. A good day in overall especially during the winter

This year will be the 3rd time in a row visiting Chiang Rai. The main reason is the Santiburi Golcourse. Excellent Staff warm welcome, excellent service. All our guests love that course.

Santiburi deserves to be rated as one of the best in the world. I will highly recomend it to my golfing friends anywhere. Well maintained tee boxes, fairways and greens, friendly helpful caddies, beautiful course layout. Well done, Santiburi! I will try to play at the other Santiburi courses.

I played this Oct 27, teeing off at the crack of dawn, walking off the 18th at 9AM. It is a delightful course, not too easy, not too tough and, along with Siam Country Club, it has the best greens I've played in Thailand. There was lots of GUR but that just showed they were keeping the course in optimum shape. If you go to Chiang Rai, this is the place!

I and about 8 golfer friends took off from Bangkok on Dec 27 to t-off at one other course in Chiangrai. Friends told me that we would play at Santiburi on the second of our trip. I initially refused because I thought what the heck with Santiburi. The name sound hill-billy. I did not play with them on the second day. Anyway, they came back and said the course was good so they wanted to play there again on the third day. I had no choice so I joined them. At first sight, I was mesmerized by the settings and fairway condition. I felt like playing on a big carpet. I could hardly find a divot on the fairways, even on the tee-off stand. The overall condition was beyond my previous imagination. I want to go back, may be this coming February (the caddy told me the weather is still cool in February). I told everyone I know that if they don't play at Santiburi, they will never know what the great golf course looks like. Santiburi is really the best gold course I have ever played in Thailand. I want to thank the owner for providing such a wonderful golf course for all golf lovers.

Nice course but it really has that RTJ II "manufactured" look (overabundance of man-made mounding, artificial water hazards, etc.). But other than that small complaint the course is in wonderful shape, the caddies are fun and best of all, no Korean members, so the course is one of the few in South East Asia that is not overrun by "our friends from the North" and their attendant rude, loud and obnoxious on-course antics.
