I was very disapointed with the facilities and the service at the course. ThaiGolfer.com needs to research/review it's price listings.

I played this course on a weekday about 3 years ago and it was in good condition, but speed of play was slow and you would be very lucky to find a caddie here who can speak any English at all. I made a big mistake by trying to get on this course as a single last Saturday. The wait to get on was horrific, and from what I could see, the pace of play of the course was painfully slow. It was also very hot that day, so I tried to get a riding cart, but the staff told me there were no carts available... even after I waited more than an hour for one. I practiced on the range for a while, and then at 1pm decided maybe I would just walk and play 9 holes, but the staff informed me that the 9 hole rate was not available until after 3pm. I finally just left without playing. DO NOT PLAY HERE ON A WEEKEND UNLESS YOU LIKE VERY VERY SLOW GOLF!

I played the couse and it is pretty good for the price they charge. However, the speed of play is dismal and I was following a six ball who where following a 5 ball. At one point it looked like Brookline on the green. The caddy was good except not a word of English, but it is there country so maybe thats our problem and we should learn a few words of Thai. The round took 5.5 hours which given the course was not all that busy was pretty miserable.

Some of the fairways are drying out. The greens are slow and bumpy. It is hard to get a putt that rolls true without zigs and hops as it hits ballmarks and grain.

The course is well maintained and the wide fairways are ideal for wild hitters like myself. On the weekends though, the course if full of 5 and 6 ball groups and the pace is incredibly slow. If your playing at the weekend, I would recommend teeing off before midday if you'd like to complete a full 18. Fortunately, the price of food and drinks at the stops between holes is cheap.

It's not a bad course, but very loud noises from aircraft taking off from BKK international airport and also a number of firearms shooting ranges right next to many of the fairways. Try that touchy chip shot with some guy popping off a 12 guage automatic in the background while a 747 powers up to full thrust and banks after takeoff ;-) that said, i have played there a number of times and it was a good time.

It's not that bad of a course, but quite loud from aircraft and gunfire. There are shooting ranges adjacent to many of the fairways. Also, the BKK international airport launches jumbo jets right over the golf course at full throttle. Not distracting at all ;) That said, I have played there a few times and it was ok. Crowded and slow on weekends but what else is new in the land of the fivesome?
