If you can get past slow play, get used to caddies who can't read a green or walk all across you and talk during play, the course is long, slow to play with 5 and 6 balls quite often, but value for money?  Go for it.  A bad day at golf far beats a good day at the office... even at the Army Course...

Dry course and old, play was dismally slow - 6+ hours, people waiting whilst army 'persons' swapped money at each green.  Caddies had no idea of protocols even walking around casting shadows during putting, marking balls, walking on putting lines etc.  Clubhouse you pay 20 Baht for thread bare towels, showers where the soap containers are empty and falling off the wall.  The price is the only saving grace.

Great value for money and close to town. Food is good although play can be slow so you need the stops.
