Played on the afternoon of Monday 1st Feb. The Sports Day promo no longer applies so the green fee was 2,500 baht, although Thai nationals pay only 1,500 baht due to the club's dual pricing policy. Water comes into play on most holes at this course so accurate shot-making is a must. Whilst the course was in good condition, the game was spoiled somewhat by the lazy caddies, poor organizing abilty of the the starters, and slow play by the group in front (who had 7 carts? WTF!). Unlikely to return here again.

played Dec 29,very, very slow. Course not marshalled at all...members are permitted to jump in between nines, backing things up. greens were like concrete, would not hold shots or chips or even high lob shots...they just hit and rolled across green to the bunkers which have incredibly soft sand, so soft that you slip everytime you swing. And of course the concrete greens were thus blazingly fast. This is not a links style course, so today these greens were close to being unplayable. Probably among the hardest greens I have ever played....seems to be a pattern here in Bangkok. They are also very undulating which makes any long putt a sure 3 putt possibility. I did not find them particularly true either. I have never seen so much water on a Robert Trent Jones course which really made scoring difficult since the greens would not hold anything. Other than the greens, the course was in nice shape but if this is how the greens are normally, I will never play this course again.

Disappointed at the condition of the course and lazy caddies. What's worse was etiquette of other players. Extremely slow play with five or six players per group, with some players constantly screaming to one another on the course. Would never get my business again.

Played Feb15 on Monday as a weekday with 1500Green Fee and Caddy 250. Green was not cut so normal speed easier to play. Fairway is very oriental weed like public course I do not like. Railway wood bunker with light sand sunnyside easily ruined score. Please be careful. 80% bunker was sunnyside-up. Rolling fairway. 5 to 6 palyers slows spped of play... even on weekday... very frastrating course on both operation and design.

if they reduced the number of bunkers by half, it could be a fun course...my guess was 130. why so many???

Played in a tournment here. The greens were fast and true. It was great having professional type greens. The fairways were in excellent condition. You need to hit it straight if you are a long driver as the water comes into play on many holes. An excellent course as compared to public courses in America. Having a caddie was nice but it takes getting used to if you are not used to having one. They talked me into using a club several times and I thought I should have taken a different club. In the end it was my decision. The club house was excellent, clean, large, and the staff were very nice. This course requires good course management. The trees came into play if you tend to slice. Drives over 230 yards with a pull or push will end up in the water. This is an excellent course for the price. Highly recommend. To play on this type of course in America you will have to join a country club.

Poor Green. Almost 18 holes are spare green.

Played yesterday. Grass in fairways were quite long. Greens were overly too firm and the collars were too thick and tough to play once the ball rest against it. Green speed was fasttttt on all green, fantastic. If they soften the greens a little bit but keep the speed, it will be fairere to those who hit the greens.
