Great Value golf course. Lay out is simple, but green slopes can cause you upto 3-4 putts. Over all is average but green fee is good deal.

Fair way is very good maintained. Green id also good but very challange ones. And. most of all, do not expect any clubhouse facility since there is no clubhouse here. Large tents are put up for shade (well, it will be much better if electric fans are provided inside those tents). Most of caddies are polite, friendly and experienced. I'll say it's a good one for golfers who do not care about clubhouse facilities and the test of food.

played june 8th; bit of rain delay, ended getting stuck in the middle of a tournament, front nine 4 hours. Tournament on sunday??, back nine 1.5 hours. Go figure. Course in good shape, some of the greens were in need of repair, my caddie was great. Will go back.

Like most of the previous comments it's cheap! Value of moneywise it's a good bargain. But speed of play must depend on when you go there (on weekdays it's perfectly fine, continuous play. But on weekends it's so so slow). The greens are always filled with sand, everytime you putt you could see the ball skip on the greens (definitely not putting yips, it's the greens themselves). Concerning caddies, I recommend going on weekdays because these are the professional caddies. But if you go on weekends the caddies are mostly part time university or high school students, and extremely inexperienced in telling the lines. So overall, it's pretty good for the price you're paying.

I played on the weekday last month, no problem with the speed of play. This is a good course for the beginners or who wants to warm-up prior to the next expansive or difficult course. My caddy was very nice and beautiful one.

I went to play on Jan 2, 06. The speed of playing quite slow. The course seem to be bore for low handicap golfer but It is a very good course for newly golfer. The course is not much tricky. Caddy is good and full of joke. Overall, Green fee is fair from what they have.

850 B. weekend and 650 B. weekday is too expensive for incomplete Goft Course like this. Reasonable GF should only be 750 weekend and 500 weekday including caddy. Let wait until everything complete then you can raise the price up. Another course is better if you want to compare especially Tanon is only 600 in Tue. and Tanya is only 530 in Tue and Fry.
