This condition of fairways and greens on this course is below average but playable. The good things about this course is its low green fee, and on weekends there are not too many golfers. You can get through 18 holes in about 4.5 hours on weekends. They have very attractive membership promotions right now. It is worth while to check them out. Very good course for practice. Some people may think it is too far. But it is only one hour away if you are on the east side of Bangkok. It is very easy drive to get to.

Road is terrible out to the course. The caddies have only had training on driving the cart on the path and fixing divots. They have no knowledge of the course (yardage or line). The price was right and no one on the course. Play was too slow though as the carts are not allowed on the rough. A lot of walking needlessly. The crab rough was tough but consistent. Greens ok to good. Might come back if the price stays the same and they fix the road.

Finally, the World Trade has come back as Lotus Valley after almost 2.5 year break. I played on 01 Aug 2008. I would say overall quality is similar to Thai Country. Each hole design is the same as before except some details. However, most of green are elevated up and fairway are changed to more wavy. Also more bunkers and tougher rough. Many trees are also cut. It will open officially in October. I ranked by 2 for Value for Money, because green fee will be more than 3,000 baht after the grand opening.

Very good course! I played last Sunday and I think 1,800 Barts with cart/caddy fee is not so high. but caddies need training - my caddy was good, but many other caddies were untrained.

Lovely and fun; always a pleasure to play here. The fairways are forgiving, and the overall effect is a relaxed challenge. When the renovations and clubhouse are finished, this course will be even better. Some greens still need some improvement, though. Would like road signs that are easier to see on routes 3312 and 3369.

I've played this course several times, and found that the conditions can vary widely. The best time to go is just after the rainy season as the grass finally grows back and the greens are healed from the repairs. In the summer it can be a dirt track, but at least it's an inexpensive dirt track. Gary Player designed some beautiful holes for this one. I especially like the 16th, a dogleg left around the lake - really nice. The par 3 third over water is quite nice, too. Overall, the course is not tough, with wide fairways, but it can be tricky. The club house is basically a locker/shower room and a restaurant, but it's clean and the food is good. And the do at least have a driving range.
