The greens were very inconsistent and you often have to walk in the path of others teeing off.

I'm revising my bad review a bit. I played again here early on a weekday and I have to say it was a better experience. The greens were still inconsistent and a bit sandy. My caddy was great and overall it was a good outing. If you do go, make sure it hasn't rained for at least 2 hours. The horse track can get kinda nasty and you have to walk across it at least a few times. Convenient location makes up for some of the course downfalls.

A great course to work on your game. Only one par 5 and many of the par 4s can be reached from the tee with a great shot. Probably better to use those as your second shot from a par 5. Greens are inconsistant from one to the next and the fairways are average. They have night golf (450 inclusive of caddie) as well but you play the back 9 twice.

This course is ideal for beginners and people on a tight budget. It is interesting to play a course in the middle of a racetrack but if your looking for a serious golfing challenge then give this course a miss.

Price is 500 Baht every day for visitor, Par is 65 not 66, I agree with other comments no two greens are running the same speed, caddies are hit and miss I have had good and very poor ones, Didn't eat or shower there so I can not comment,I made more pars here then any other course I've every played even with these strange greens, What else can I say but LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION

This club is the oldest club in town and the maintanance of the buildings and golfcourse is likewise. BUT it is real fun to play for a few reasons; if you do not want to play far away, if you like the nostalgica of everything and if you just want to be out and not spend a lot of money. My game improved dramatically since i played with a caddy named koennit, 70 years old and working there for 60 years already. He watched and told me everything i did wrong. The speed of play was super since koennit knew exactly where he had to send me and where he had to watch where the ball would drop. And do not be a nitwit, if he says take an iron 8, then do not atke an iron 7. Enjoy.

The last time I played this course it was during the dry season and I thought that it wasn't too bad. However, I played it yesterday and the course was in terrible condition due to a couple of heavy downpours. Many of the fairways were flooded and most bunkers were unplayable. I wouldn't recommend playing this course if it's rained a couple of days prior to your round. The only two positives I'd say is that the greens were in reasonable condition and the speed of play was good.

this course was crap. at first i thought "oh this is ok, challenging" then after 6 or 7 holes and walking across the dirty track, mud etc. i agreed with my friends and decided it sucked. The greens were very inconsistent and you often have to walk in the path of others teeing off. the caddies we had were the worst i have had of any courses in thailand. they were always very far away with my clubs in case i needed to change my club and my friend's caddie was taking practice swings with his irons all day. even hit a ball once. also used his nice ping iron to fish a ball out of the water. not good service at all. if they didn't have a driving range in the middle of the course it might be better so they could fit the holes in there. as it was, it is more fit for 9 holes rather than trying to squeeze 18 in there. never going back. get what you pay for.
